Business Assistance (gASD)
User Management + Assistance team provides administrative support to German managers helping them with the day-to-day running of the business and assisting with clerical and administrative processes.
- Order of e.g. materials, cell phones, license orders.
- Approval of the orders and roles, inventory - updating /- clearing.
- Approval of posted orders and requested - roles /- recertification.
- On- and off-boarding (company entries and exits of employees).
- Reservation of meeting rooms (site-specific bookings).
- Consulting for organizational issues (support e.g. in finding contact persons or the process flow for HR topics).
- Organization of event (workshops, kick off, strategy meeting etc.).
- Procure offers, load planning, coordination, participants, participant list.
- Organization internal and external, as well as rule calls (planning, coordination).
- Travel-Management (journeys, planning and bookings, apply for visa, obtain approval to intercontinental journeys)
- Ability to multi-task
- Good communication/organizational skills
- Computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
