System C4 (Cloud Communication Customer Config) formerly known as hPBX Customer Care is a system that manages configuration data for the hPBX.
The C4 provides interfaces for the specified configuration data of the hPBX for a number of partner systems, including SMK, RMK, CBS etc. Furthermore, C4 is the interface between the user front-end (portal) and the back-end (Broadsoft via OCI-P) and takes over the necessary mappings for the two systems. The C4 also defines business processes for a number of complex tasks, such as:
- Creation / modification / deletion of C4 / hPBX instances
- Creating / modifying / deleting workplaces
In the course of these processes, the C4 ensures that:
- the order is checked for plausibility;
- the necessary commands are executed in the backend (Broadsoft);
- all relevant connected systems are informed;
- the necessary configuration data are written into the own database.
Create, design and execute test cases;
Create and execute automation checks;
Work in scrum team.
Knowledge of test approaches, methods, frameworks;
Experience in test design, test analysis;
Test automation skills;
Knowledge in Java, programming skills, configuration skills will be appreciated.
