We are looking for a PMO (Project Management Officer) who will provide assistance in administrative and financial issues. The activities incorporate both Personal Assistance for the Head of the Department as well as Department Assistance.

Your tasks:

  • Take care of the Department Head's Calendar, organize business trips
  • Prepare presentations for Business Events of Department Head
  • Take and record meeting notes
  • Coordinate activities, resources and information
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
  • Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spent
  • Complete additional duties on the Department Head's request
We are expecting from you:
  • Language skill requirements: English - B2/C1 German - B2/C1
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Power Point, Word
  • Ability to work in multitasking environment, with remote teams and support several stakeholders at the same time
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Ability to keep deadlines, focus on details, accuracy and logical reasoning
