Agile Coach/ SAFe Program Consultant
As Agile coach you act as a change agent who is responsible for creating and improving agile processes within international teams or the whole company. You play an important role in the successful implementation of agile transformation in the organization and in the project teams.
We want to bring our agile transformation onto the next level. As Agile Coach you will have the following tasks:
Consulting: You guide international teams (IT and none-IT teams) with varied agile experience to set up and implement projects the agile way and especially strengthen the agile mindset.
Change Guidance: You help the definition of an agile transformation roadmap for bigger business units/teams and offer the right approach to support the growth to maintain the agile adoption curve.
Attitude: You promote a culture of experimentation and innovation. You provide guidance and feedback.
Learning & Development: You educate teams and colleagues on all levels, including seniors and at times clients on agile best practices.
Tooling: You drive the adoption of tools and methods that seem fit and help to integrate them step by step into the daily operation.
Operationalization: You coordinate and support the operative implementation of agile methods to break down silos and help teams improve their development processes.
“We want to bring our agile transformation onto the next level and therefore decided to set up a pool of highly experienced agile coaches internationally. You will have freedom to contribute your ideas and significantly shape the agile transformation of a global IT service provider.”
