DevOps Engineer (DHCP Solutions)

he goal of the project is to develop and maintain DHCP-solutions for DTT. First phase includes development of 2 solutions:

1. IP management solution needed for Zero Touch Commissioning of FTTH NEs (OLTs)

• A DHCP Server for IP address management of OLTs
• Host reservation via OSS-IT per REST API
• BNG subnet configuration via SID/MANNI per REST API
• Central solution for all OLTs of different vendors
• High Availability mechanisms with geo-redundant server setup (active/standby) and failover switch

2. Solution needed for inspection and forwarding of DHCP requests from FTTB NEs (DPUs)

• A DHCP Relay Agent in DMZ to validate and route DHCP requests
• Routing of DHCP-Discovery messages from unsecure DPU subnets towards DHCP servers residing in EMS
• Configuration via SID/MANNI per REST API
• High Availability mechanisms with geo-redundant server setup (and failover switch)
• Packet-Inspection - Packet Filtering, Logging & Alarm Generation towards SOCT

Technologies and instruments to be used in the project - KEA by ISC, GitLab, SonarQube, Nexus, Ansible, Swagger.
